Instructions: Professional tooth whitening treatment is very easy.  If it is a full course of treatment then you will need (10) syringes of tooth whitening gel plus a set of tooth whitening trays.  A top up refresher course is usually 4 to 5 Syringes. The gold standard for professional tooth whitening is to use 16% carbamide peroxide. You need a set of mouth trays to use the gel. Once you have the dental trays and gel then you simply apply an even dose of tooth whitening gel. (You need to apply the gel to all the inside of the trays. Do not overload the trays with the gel). If you get any gel on the gum area simply remove it with a damp cotton bud or clean tissue. You then wear the dental trays over (14) days for a full course.  A top up refresher course is every 3 months and done for over 7 days. Each application is for at least (30) mins. When you have finished each application then you simply remove the tooth whitening trays and brush your teeth using a soft toothbrush to remove all gel. You then simply clean out your dental trays with a soft toothbrush with cold water and dry them gently with a some soft tissue. Please do NOT drink/smoke/eat food for upto 2 hours after treatment this is so important as the enamel is "open" and will stain very quickly. You can drink water during this time.
